  15/1, before 2pm - order placed for 16/1 delivery 15/1,7.28pm - whatapps received on delayed delivery to 18/1 or 19/1(2-3 days delay) bcoz driverS were last minutes assigned for booster shot and the business wd b closed on 16/1 & 17/1 Poor service - At this juncture, after receiving the delay notice, when this review is written, their website did not indicate business closure which would definitely mislead customers into placing orders and inconveniently causing disruptions to customers’ schedule. I fully understand and accept the need for everyone to be vaccinated, however, as a company, you are also equally accountable to update information on website to help customer making an informed purchase decision and also arranged for all accepted orders to be fulfilled as promised , alternatively an option for refund due to your failure to deliver.
